This Body-Centred Awareness one-to-one path is offered to those who feel the need to consciously make space for their own development.
Sessions take place once every two to four weeks.
Together, we establish a steady rhythm that allows insights to land, settle, and integrate naturally into daily life.
There is no rush.
The movement is ongoing, inward, and attuned.
Session rhythm and timing
This Path unfolds in a rhythm that supports depth as well as integration.
The work is structured as fourteen half-day sessions, each offering focused space to move through the thirteen modes of awareness, step by step.
Each session lasts three hours and can take place live or online, depending on what best supports your process. This format allows for presence, guidance, and integration without overload, while leaving room for what needs to settle between sessions.
Half-day sessions can be scheduled from 9:30 to 12:30 or from 13:00 to 16:00.
Evening sessions may also be arranged upon request, from 19:00 to 22:00.

Some participants prefer to plan each session step by step.
Others choose to reserve several dates in advance.

The Investment
The fee covers all fourteen individual sessions and the full trajectory as a coherent whole.
The total investment for this one-to-one journey is €3,500 (incl. VAT).
Payment in two installments may be considered upon request.
Payment per individual session is not offered.
After registration, you will receive a confirmation of participation within 24 hours.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
Body-Centred Awareness is offered as an individual and coherent one-to-one journey.
Participation is confirmed upon payment of the program fee.
Sessions may be rescheduled when necessary, provided this is communicated at least 48 hours in advance and arranged in coordination with the guide.
Once the journey has started, the total fee is non-refundable.
Missed or cancelled sessions cannot be refunded.
If participation is discontinued prematurely, the remaining part of the program expires.
In exceptional circumstances, rescheduling may be considered in consultation with the guide.
This policy ensures clarity, continuity, and commitment for both participant and guide.
The Guide
The sessions are guided by Celeste Banning.
With clear perception and intuitive presence, Celeste offers a grounded and attentive space in which insight can unfold naturally.
She listens beyond words and senses where clarity is ready to emerge, allowing each process to be met with care and precision.
The course material
The course material consists of various working formats:
New course materials are provided progressively, in line with your development, and added to your course folder over time.
Reflective assignments
After each session, simple reflective invitations are offered for integration into daily life.
These assignments support continued awareness and deepen personal experience.
Participants are asked to submit a written reflection no later than two days before the next session.
Time is taken during the sessions to reflect on and explore these insights together.
Certification
Upon completion of all fourteen training days, you will receive the Body-Centred Awareness Certificate.
You begin to notice not only what you do, but from which inner power you live.
Energy becomes something you can sense and direct with greater clarity, supported by intuition and grounded boundaries.
