At the Edge – A Journey into Coherence
A Six-Day One-to-One Journey in the Alentejo
This journey tends to resonate with those who sense
that something fundamental is shifting.
Individuals who are willing to look beneath surface narratives.
Who recognize their own role in the patterns they carry.
Who are ready to take responsibility for the direction of their lives
It is no escape,
but a conscious turning toward what truly asks to be seen.
Guidance is fully attuned to your process, your energy, and your current stage of life.
The space is held one-to-one, allowing everything that arises – questions, insight, resistance, moments of breakthrough – to be met directly, without the need to fix or explain.
In a first session, -approx. 3 weeks before the 6 day journey- we explore the movement of your energy, your patterns and the direction that is present within you.
This encounter forms the foundation for the journey ahead and reflects the essence of what I call The Living Blueprint – a meeting with the line of your soul.
After the 6 day intensive, a follow-up integration session is included.
This meeting supports the embodiment of what has shifted and allows space for further refinement if needed.
This journey takes place in the southwest of the Alentejo, Portugal.
It unfolds over six consecutive days, allowing the inner movement to deepen without dispersing.
The work is held one-to-one.
The space remains undivided.
It may also be structured as two three-day segments, with integration time in between.
Participation with two (or more) individuals is possible upon request,
while each person remains within their own process.
Clarity at the edge.
Coherence in the body.
Direction in the world.
Each day carries its own tone, focus, and lived experience.
While what unfolds is always attuned to the moment, the days are held within a clear and consistent structure.
A day may include:
These elements are woven together so that understanding and experience can meet.
Insights are not approached as concepts to grasp, but as movements that can be integrated and lived.
The Intensive Container
This six-day journey creates a dedicated and uninterrupted space for inner reorientation. The continuity allows patterns to surface, clarify, and settle without dispersing into daily distractions.
The work is concentrated, immersive, and intentionally contained. Between sessions, there is space for reflection and integration within the landscape itself.

Travel, accommodation, and meals
Travel
Experience has shown that At the Edge combines beautifully with a few extra days before or after the programme, or with a short pause between the first three days and the second three days of the intensive.
You may want to enjoy the region, visit a friend, or walk a stretch of the Rota Vicentina Fishermen’s Trail or Historical Way. There is much to experience along the Alentejo coast.
The way you travel is entirely up to you and is therefore not included in the overall investment of the programme.
Flying to Lisbon is usually the most practical option. From there, Vila Nova de Milfontes can be reached by bus. Rede Expressos offers regular connections, so please check their current timetable when planning your journey.
Accommodation
There are many possibilities when it comes to accommodation.
There is a lovely campsite close to the village of Milfontes, as well as a wide choice of Airbnb stays, guesthouses and beautiful hotels in the surrounding area.
Please be aware that if you stay outside the village of Milfontes, you will most likely need a car to get around. Within the village itself, a car is not necessary.
To support participants traveling to Milfontes for At the Edge, Escola da Mística offers a stay-support contribution of up to €360 per participant towards accommodation during the six-day intensive.
This applies when accommodation is needed for your participation and is arranged after your booking has been confirmed.
The contribution never exceeds the actual accommodation costs for the six-day intensive. Extra nights before, after or around the six-day intensive are not included in this offer.

The Guide
The sessions are guided by Celeste Banning.
With clear perception and intuitive presence, Celeste offers a grounded and attentive space in which insight can unfold naturally.
Celeste has worked with people for many years in moments of transition, awakening and inner reorientation. Her guidance is rooted in a strong ability to sense the essence beneath the question, pattern or situation someone brings.
During At the Edge, she follows what is present in the body, the energy field and the deeper movement within.
Her way of working is warm, precise and grounded. She brings clarity where things feel entangled, steadiness where there is uncertainty, and language to what has often been felt but not yet fully understood.
What often begins as a sense of fragmentation
gradually becomes more coherent.
A clearer sense of direction emerges,
with decisions no longer driven by inner conflict.
A more aligned relationship between body and direction develops,
allowing action to arise from clarity rather than effort.
Underlying patterns become visible —
including beliefs and dynamics that shape your experience.
As these patterns settle,
space opens for new movement and orientation.
From this, a more grounded vision for life and work may arise —
with intentions that follow from clarity rather than force.
This intensive often attracts people who find themselves at a moment of transition.
Sometimes they are entrepreneurs reconsidering direction,
partners exploring a new phase in life or work,
or individuals who sense that something fundamental is shifting.
It may also be chosen by two people who share a meaningful connection –
such as colleagues, friends, or a mother and daughter –
each moving through their own process within a shared field.
What they often have in common is a willingness
to look beneath surface narratives
and to take responsibility for the direction of their lives.
Not from pressure, but because something within you wants to move.
